 Campuses                                                                                                                                                                                       

มหาวิทยาลัย Sunderland มี 2 วิทยาเขต คือ Sir Tom Cowie Campus ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ริมฝั่งทะเลที่มีบรรยากาศร่มรื่น และ City Campus ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง Sunderland โดยทางมหาวิทยาลัยได้ทุ่มงบประมาณกว่า 170 ล้านปอนด์มาปรับปรุงทั้งสอง Campus ให้แล้วเสร็จในปี 2011 นี้ เพื่อให้มหาวิทยาลัยมีความสมบูรณ์แบบในด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางการศึกษา เป็นการยกระดับมาตรฐานทางการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
